Education
We take education to mean the lifelong learning that is essential not only for us to grow as individuals but collectively as a Tribe. It is necessary for our survival and well-being that we take time to nurture an understanding of our traditional ways within the future generations. We are also no stranger to the construct of “education” and Our People have been subject to assimilation and colonization through these means. Stories in this category will focus on how we share knowledge with one another, have survived institutions designed to eradicate us and how we have advanced collectively through the power of information.
